How do I place an order? There are a few ways you can do this. The best is through this web site, simply choose what you need and add it to your cart, shipping cost if needed will be calculated prior to any payment, you can call us on 1300 760 125, or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org and just have your vehicle details handy, chassis numbers are a good thing to have at hand. All orders will only be dispatched once you know exactly what you will receive and the exact amount it will cost.
What models do you cover? We strive to cover all models: Land Rover S1,2,2a,3, Defender, Discovery, Freelander, and all Range Rovers.
What happens if I get the wrong parts? If we made a mistake, you will be reimbursed 100%, including postage costs. If you made the mistake, you will receive 80% of your invoice amount back. Any returned items MUST be accompanied with its original packing, with its attached invoice, otherwise, NO CREDIT. Don't try and fit the part if you think it may be different, it will not be accepted back, as it will then be considered soiled, you own it.
What about faulty or damaged parts? Not a problem, sometimes a part may have a manufacturers fault in it,just let us know and we will dispatch another part to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we will not be held responsible for parts that may be damaged as a result of shipping, we take the greatest care in packaging, but who knows if the postie is having a bad day and decides to start lobbing parcels. Please tell us if you want your goods insured.
